Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wild Text mobile application (the "App") provided by KUZGO YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Account

• You can use the App with your Google account or as a guest. Guest accounts are tied to your device; your progress may be lost if you change devices or uninstall the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done with it.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission.

2. Community rules

Wild Text is played with real people. The following are prohibited and will lead to termination of your account without notice:

• Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Sexual, violent or illegal content, including profile photos.
• Impersonating another person or organization.
• Spam, advertising, scams or attempts to collect personal information.
• Cheating, bots, automation, reverse engineering or any attempt to damage our servers.

You can block other players inside the App and report inappropriate behavior to support@kuzgo.com.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• Coins, lives, jokers and levels are virtual items. They have no real-money value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment and refund rules. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them from your Google Play account.
• Rewards earned by watching ads or playing may be changed by us at any time.
• No refunds are given for virtual items if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

4. Content and intellectual property

The App, its questions, design, logo and software are owned by or licensed to Kuzgo. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Content you upload (name, photo, messages) remains yours; you allow us to use it in order to provide the service.

5. Changes to and termination of the service

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, question content, categories and reward rates at any time without prior notice. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from inside the App.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. Users are responsible for their own messages and interactions with other users.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page and significant changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
