Wild TextPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Wild Text mobile application (the "App") published by KUZGO YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI ("we", "us") and to the website wildtext.app. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Data we collect

2. How we use your data
- To create your account, keep you signed in and match you with opponents.
- To provide friends, messaging and game invitation features.
- To detect errors, prevent abuse and improve the service.
- To verify your purchases and apply them to your account.
- To send notifications if you allowed them. You can turn notifications off at any time in the App settings.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase (authentication, realtime database, Crashlytics, Analytics, push messaging) – Google Privacy Policy
- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing – purchases
- RevenueCat – subscription management – RevenueCat Privacy
- OneSignal – push notifications – OneSignal Privacy
- Agora – live video streaming infrastructure – Agora Privacy
- Advertising networks – the free version shows ads; ad networks may use your device advertising ID. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
Your country code is used to match you with players from the same region and may be shared with service providers for that purpose. We do not collect precise location (GPS) data.
4. Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
5. Your rights and account deletion
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing (under GDPR, CCPA and Turkish data protection law, as applicable).
To delete your account and data:
- In the App go to Settings → Delete account, or
- Send an e-mail with the subject "account deletion" from your registered address to support@kuzgo.com. Requests are completed within 30 days.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to our servers is limited to authorized personnel. No method is 100% secure; if you notice anything suspicious, please let us know.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes are announced in the App or on this page. The "Last updated" date is shown at the top.
